Fulfillment of Order

 A summary of your purchase and the tracking number of your shipment will be sent to you in a confirmation email once purchase has been fulfilled. Please add sales@houseofcultures.qa to your address book to ensure our emails do not end up in your spam folder. You can always get in touch with us via email or WhatsApp +97474470010 in case you do not receive your confirmation email.

Deliveries

Our products are shipped using DHL, UPS, QPOST, and ARAMAX Internationally and Domestically UBER.

Domestic Delivery cost 40 QR to 90 QR price vary according to place. International and GCC orders will be charged according to overall weight of shipment.

Deliveries within 24hrs inside Qatar during the business days, depending on the time of day the purchase was made. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

International delivery is estimated to take 3-7 business days, unless the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances. House of Cultures will do its best to try to ship and have your order delivered as soon as possible.

Return Policy

House of Cultures recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchasing experience with House of Cultures.

Our Refunds and Exchanges Policy is all about making it simpler for you to return anything that's 'not quite right' and all clauses listed above also apply to Online purchases. 

 You can choose to return or exchange your item either in one of our House of Cultures stores or courier it back to our House of Cultures Fulfilment Centre. 

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, all of your purchases in www.houseofcultures.com are returnable / replaceable within 7 days from the date of delivery to you. This also applies to damaged, defective or wrong items received. You need to do the following in case you intend to return/replace the order:

  1. Call our customer services at +9747447010 during work hours or email us: Sales@houseofcultures.qa
  2. You need to make sure that the purchased items are in their original packaging and in sellable condition because used products or damaged packaging would not be processed for return.
  3. To return any goods, you must produce a receipt/ till slip or gift receipt to the store. It shows when and where the goods were bought.
  4. Upon receipt of goods, If you placed the order using a credit card, we will refund the price of the item(s) returned to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 7 – 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement once the payment has been processed.

Order cancellations for Online Purchases

1 Unless provided for under these Terms or as otherwise agreed by House of Cultures, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the Delivery Address supplied by you in the Order.

2 You should carefully check that your Order is accurate before you submit it. You will, however, be able to return Goods under the Returns Policy. See our Cooling off period conditions.

3 If we cannot contact you about your Order using the contact details you provided in the Order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel your Order and refund any money paid in the channel used to pay it.

4 Delivery Fees will be charged if you return Goods for change of mind or you made an incorrect selection, including if you ordered the incorrect size, colour etc.

5 Goods can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and the Returns Policy. The Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms.

6 House Of Cultures will process any refunds within a reasonable time of agreeing to do so.

7 Credit card Refunds may take up to 14 working days, arising from regulatory Administrative processes required between Banks.

8 If the original payment was made:
8.1 on a credit card, refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made.
   8.2 by a combination of Thank U Card and credit card then:
       8.2.1 refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made first.
       8.2.2 Return card for remaining amount will be emailed to the email address entered at the time you place your order.
   8.3 For In-Store Orders, where you paid in cash, your Thank U Card or by Credit Card, you can obtain a refund by visiting a House of Cultures store.

9 Same Day Delivery Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted. 

10 Same Day Delivery Goods can only be returned at House of Cultures store.

11 If you would like to make a return under the Returns Policy and you do not live near an House of Cultures store, please call the Customer Service Centre on +97474470010 to make an alternative arrangement.
